By Robert Kahn on February 23, 2015 - Comments off

Ben Woolf, actor who was Meep in “American Horror Story: Freak Show,” died today from an injury to the head as a result of a car accident. He was 34 years old.

A car mirror struck Woolf, 4’4”, in the head on Thursday night in Hollywood. He was in critical condition when he was taken to the hospital. The driver was neither ticketed nor arrested because Woolf was jaywalking at the time.

Woolf’s agency stated that “Ben was one-of-a-kind, and will never be forgotten.”

A statement from Woolf’s family: “We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from all over the world for our beloved Ben. He touched so many hearts in his 34 years.”

The memorial is planned to be in Santa Barbara.
